I am a passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong urge to lead, engineer, innovate, and implement. With over 20 years of experience working with various retail customers, I have held diverse managerial and technical roles. Digital Selwyn is where my code, cloud, and creativity collide. My professional experience is rooted in architecting and implementing large-scale cloud solutions. With deep expertise across GCP, AWS, and Azure, I have spent over two decades helping enterprises navigate the complexities of cloud migration. My work goes beyond technical implementation; I focus on cultivating a culture of DevOps and SRE to ensure operational excellence. I specialize in building resilient, scalable, and cost-optimized systems that not only meet technical requirements but also directly contribute to business goals by driving measurable improvements in core reliability metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, and RCA. My strategic guidance has been instrumental in enabling organizations to achieve and maintain robust, reliable, and efficient cloud operations.

In recent years, my expertise has expanded to include Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, where I specialize in the field of Agentic AI to build intelligent, autonomous systems. I am passionate about exploring how AI Agents can transform operational efficiency, by creating intelligent automation, from self-healing systems to advanced observability and troubleshooting. Complementing my practical experience, I am currently strengthening my foundation through a Postgraduate Program in AI and Machine Learning, which allows me to continuously sharpen my skills and apply cutting-edge research to real-world problems.

My unique value lies in my ability to bridge the gap between complex technology and strategic business goals. I specialize in translating intricate IT architectures into clear business value, helping C-level executives and stakeholders understand the tangible impact of digital transformation. My presentations and proposals have consistently secured leadership buy-in for major cloud, devops / SRE and AI initiatives, enabling organizations to move forward with confidence and a clear vision.

  Leading initiatives to migrate workloads to GCP, AWS, and Azure; designing cloud-native architectures; enabling observability, monitoring, and automation; and instilling DevOps and SRE best practices to optimize reliability and performance.
• 🤖 AI/ML & Agentic AI
  Experimenting with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI toolchains to improve productivity, troubleshooting, and operational intelligence. Exploring real-world applications of GenAI in enterprise environments, from automated runbooks to adaptive incident response.
• 📚 Continuous Learning & Mentorship
  I am a constant learner who believes in growing together. I regularly host company-wide sessions, from "lunch and learns" to boot camps, to share my knowledge with colleagues. Beyond formal sessions, I am dedicated to mentoring junior associates, helping them build foundational skills in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Operations. I also actively volunteer at the organization level, participating in recruitment drives to find the next generation of talent. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility team, I am passionate about running workshops that help college students develop a passion for computers and technology.
